Robert and Travis did a great job of answering allour concerns, and making sure we were satisfied with each element of the project, from picking the shingle color to what to do about the gutters, to making sure the solar panels were reinstalled correctly. We are very satisfied with the roof replacement, and readily recommend these guys and their company to others for a satisfactory job completion.

Had a great experience with Robert K. at Artisan Roofing. I met Robert and his team when I was cleaning up my yard after a hail storm. They looked at the roof, helped file an insurance claim, and had the roof replaced in just a few weeks. Robert was available for questions before, during, and after the build and made it all go smoothly. Really a white-glove experience.

Our insurance denied our claim to replace our roof. Artisan jumped to action and pulled data from a storm within the last 6 months and “fought” the insurance company for us and they agreed to replace the roof. Artisan was onsite within a day of that approval and had it replaced that day and it looks beautiful!!!!

Richard Milligan was fantastic to work with through the entire process, from tarping our roof after wind damage, to working with the insurance adjuster, explaining our insurance policy to us, to putting the roof on the house! My roof had hail damage from the recent Tornado in Temple! Joseph with Artisan Roofing did a great job working with my insurance company, getting the estimate and getting the job done in one day. I'm very impressed with Joseph and the crew that completed the job. My roof looks great along with upgraded shingles.

Robert Kelichner was the representative that I was in contact with. He was very helpful and informative. He was available through out the deal. Also the actual roofers were very professional and hard working. They left my yard clean and debris free. I would highly recommend Artisan Roofing.
We had hail damage from two storms that came thru. We called Anthony and he showed up to give us detailed information on the roof and explained the damage then came back when insurance adjuster came out pointing out what he saw that they missed. He came back with a large crew and had our roof completely reroofed plus the shop roof in one day! Punch out was on time and accurate! We couldn’t have be happier with the excellent service and have continued to recommend him to others. This is a family,company who prides themselves on excellence.
After the tornado hit there were many roofing companies knocking on my door. Richard from Artisan roofing was the most professional person that approached me. He took photos and identified areas the insurance company adjuster overlooked. My new roof and other repairs were do ne quickly... the roof in one day!!! After the tornado, Robert from Artisan was able to explain and make sense of the process to my wife and I about repairing our roof. As we were skeptical as many home owners are, Robert and Luis took the time to make sure we understood everything. They were patient and not “pushy”. Everything went to as scheduled from material drop off to start time and end time. Their roofers showed up by 7 am and were done to include clean up of their tools and extra material by 4 pm. Communication with Robert via text or phone call was great. And he showed up 5-10 minutes to every appointment we had. Thank you Artisan.
Richard was there since day 1 on overseeing the replacement of our metal roof & adding gutters. Hit with a hail storm Christmas eve, we discovered a bad leak in a guest bedroom. Richard's crew found the roof damage and replaced the wood as well. We recommend Richard & Artisan Roofing for your roofing needs.
Artisan did a great job on my office roofs. They went above and beyond in the work and did it quickly to install laminated shingles on mansard roofs and then did sealing on flat roofs. Highly recommend them on any roofing job. Also their bid was significantly lower than my prior roofing company.

I want to express my gratitude and thanks to Anthony and his roofers with Artisan Roofing & Solar Central TX. My house roof was damaged by hail during the horrible weather in May. I requested a roof inspection by Anthony and he was very attentive of our needs he spoke and met with our insurance adjuster/inspector. Anthony was very helpful in keeping me informed on my damage and needed repairs. Anthony was able to work with our insurance in regards to the necessary repairs our roof would require. We scheduled our roof repairs for Monday August 12th. The roofers were here early in the morning they layed out tarps on the lawn and around landscape to protect from any possible falling material eventhough there was no damage to any exterior brick or landscape all debris was cleaned up and any nails were picked up at completion of job all work was completed by the end of the day. Artisan Roofing gets a 5 star review from me, because anything less would be a dishonest review. These guys go far and beyond to make sure we as consumers get taken care of in regards to our homes which we invest in for our future and our families well being.
Joe was wonderful! He was knowledgeable, well-spoken, and courteous. He was honest in everything he said. That’s important to me. His workers were super efficient, and if not for the noise of their work, we wouldn’t have even known that they were on the place. To do all that they did in one day was nothing short of amazing!
Travis was kind, respectful, and professional. He is clearly very devoted and hard working. He made mountains move and miracles happen!

We were denied by our insurance company for a new roof, window screens, and gutters. They fought to get all of that covered! We got our roof covered but not our gazebo and shed in the back yard they continued to fight for that and that eventually got covered as well. Our fasia was never covered by insurance but they offered to come in and sand it for free and paint it.
I had my roof done March 5, 2025 by Artisan.. Anthony is amazing not only was my roof done great he helped with the whole process explaining things to me and talking with my insurance which I really appreciated. The crew was professional and caring of my property. I didn’t know where to start, I was actually only going to use them as a first estimate, but after talking to Anthony I felt comfortable and confident with him to help with the whole process.. I’m glad I did, thanks Artisan!
